2011-2012

All meetings will be held at ADVENTURES Preschool Children’s Center, 160 Lexington St., Suite 101, Belmont, MA (617) 484-2005, from 12:30-2:30pm on Tuesday afternoons unless otherwise specified. All workshops meet the PDPS and CEU requirements.

Open-Discussion on All Areas of Being a Director

This series will provide participants the opportunity to discuss and receive input from other directors in the community on issues they may be facing. Topics may include:

Effective communication between both staff and parents
How to motivate educators to continue their education
State regulation
Licensing renewal
QRIS
How to use the professional development website

Every workshop is designed for director’s to come and share with others problems they need help with. Together we can brainstorm and help each other solve these issues

September 13, 2011, October 11, 2011, November 8, 2011, December 13, 2011 January 10, 2012, February 14, 2012, March 13, 2012, April 10, 2012, May 8, 2012 & June 12, 2012.
